There are additional charges for optional extras such as domain names (a .co.uk or .com is £25 (£29.38) for two years – a .com is £15 (£17.63) per year), live statistical data analysis software (£25 (£29.38) per year) and your own email control panel (£25 (£29.38) per year) – useful for setting up additional email accounts, email forwarders and auto-response messages. The set-up fee includes a number of free designs to choose from, but alternative designs are available for a one-off set-up fee of £50 (£58.75) plus a £10 (£11.75) per year licence. All charges are payable in advance. Domain name transfers are free for wordserver customers.

Set-up of wordserver 2.0 with a free website design option and 1 x .com domain name registration (1 year) will cost £264 (£310.20) in advance in year one and then £124 (£145.70) per year thereafter.
Web site package example 2:
Set-up of wordserver 2.0 with a £50 (£58.75) website design option, 1 x .com domain name registration (1 year) and live statistics will cost £339 (£398.33) in year one and £149 (£175.08) per year thereafter.
Web site package example 3:
Set-up of wordserver 2.0 with a free website design option, 1 x .co.uk domain name (2 years), live statistics software, and an email control panel will cost £324 (£380.70) in year one, with alternating annual charges of £149 (£175.08) and £174 (£204.45) respectively thereafter.
