Question 7a. I have received confirmation that my new web site is set-up and accessed the administration system but my site is not visible on the domain name’s URL. Why is this?


Answer: We set-up your pages and create your website, but leave the final decision of when to go live to you. You can do this by clicking on the ‘Publish pages’ button in the top left of your admin screen. This will apply whenever you make and save changes to your website pages. Until you are happy to publish, you can use the Preview button to privately view a live version of your web site.
